Jamie Lestelle Authentic Pilates™ Instructor
New York certified as an Authentic Pilates™
instructor and a member of the Pilates Guild since 2000. Jamie
completed the certification program in Seattle, Washington and
fulfilled all apprenticeship requirements in California. Authentic
Pilates educates instructors to teach more than 500 specific
exercises on the Universal Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel, Chair, Tower,
and Mat.
Jamie had the honor of working with and being certified by master
teacher, Romana Kryzanowska. Romana was personally trained and
designated by Joseph Pilates to continue his life’s work.
